PRE ORDER SKI EQUIPMENT
It is a good idea to pre order ski equipment. If you order your equipment at least two weeks ahead of you holiday, it will be ready at your arrival at the hotel, and you can go skiing right away. This applies to guests who stay at Høvringen Høgfjellshotell, Dissen Seter, Formoseter, Brekkeseter, Den Norske Fjellskole, Putten Seter and Smuksjøseter.
Guests at Laurgårdseter, Romundgardseter, Haukliseter and Høvringen Fjellstue must pick up the equipment at the ski rental at Rondane Skisenter, which is located next to Laurgårdseter Fjellstue.
To pre order your ski equipment, please fill out the form below. Remember to write the name of every person, their height, category (child/adult), and if you are also renting boots, please write shoe sizes.
If you are bringing either your own boots or your own pair of ski, please write which ski binding system they use, so we can match them correctly with our equipment.
WHICH EQUIPMENT SHOULD I CHOOSE?
If you are a beginner on ski, you should choose the regular touring ski without steel edge. Most beginners have trouble controlling the edges of the ski, and steel edges makes it harder because they are more sensitive to your movements.
Intermediate/experienced skiers should choose the regular touring ski or skin ski with ½-steel edge, which is also recommended for the end of the the season, where the snow often gets harder and icy. For Troll trail tours we recommend our new Åsnes skin ski with ½-steel edge
For the experienced skier, who wants to go relatively fast in the prepared ski tracks we recommend our light touring ski
Mountain ski with full steel edge are made for tours with heavy backpack and offpiste skiing.
